Welcome to our new Customer Housing Portal.  As you can see our webpage has changed, we have a new logo and you now have access to lots of new and exciting features.

To access the system you need to Login (top right hand corner of the home page) you will need your login reference (application number) and your memorable date.

When you login you will be able to see access:-

  • Any messages you have been sent

  • View and update your Social Housing/mutual exchange application

  • Update your contact details

  • Properties that you are eligible to bid on

Alongside us updating our system we have also updated our Consistent Assessment Policy (CAP).  Applicants were consulted on the proposed changes between 8th November 2017 – 18th December 2017.  The key changes are:-

  • One local connection to the Fylde Coast

  • Two ways of letting homes

  • Three priority bands for applicants who have a housing need

  • Social housing tenants can only apply for a transfer if they have a housing need or are in employment

  • Some homes will be offered to applicants in paid or voluntary work
